HydraFizz maximises hydration!

Yes, it is possible to alternate multiple Hydrafizz tablets during the same day, provided that the recommended daily doses are respected.

However, we recommend taking two tablets of the same type at the same time. Mixing one Hydra + Boost tablet and one Hydra + Sport tablet in the same glass of water will help optimize hydration, but the dosage will not be sufficient to fully benefit from the specific effects on energy or recovery.

You can divide your intake according to your current needs, while respecting the maximum daily dose.

For example:

• Morning: 2 Hydrafizz Boost tablets for an energy boost
• Midday: 2 Hydrafizz Strawberry tablets to promote optimised hydration
• Afternoon: 2 Hydrafizz Sport tablets after training to support recovery
